Registration Forms
To register for one of our courses simply print out the appropriate form and
mail in with payment.
Methods of Payment
We accept certified cheques, money orders and personal cheques. With personal
cheques we will wait for the cheque to clear prior to sending out course. All
other methods of payment will result in the course being sent out by Priority
Post on the same day we receive payment.
At present we do not accept payment by credit card.
Coastal or Interior Theory Correspondence Course
Registration Form
Print this form if you intend on taking a correspondence course without any
obligation for the practical.
Practical and Theory Correspondence Course
Combined Registration Form
Print this form if you are signing up for the full course (both
correspondence and practical). This will
guarantee you a seat in the Practical course.
Practical Course Only Registration Form
Print this form if you only want to sign up for the Practical course only. You
must have completed the Theory Course or similar training to enroll in the
Practical only.
Refresher Course Registration Form
Print this form if you are planning to register for a Refresher Course.
Refresher courses are open to scaling students that have completed any Scaling
course and are planning to rewrite the exam or Scalers wishing to upgrade their
skills. If you have failed the Government exam or have not used your license for
several years it is recommended that you enroll in this course before rewriting.
Residue and Waste Registration Form
Print this form if you are registering for the Residue
and Waste Course.
Workshop Registration Form
Print this form if you are registering for the Principles
of Quality Control workshop.
